I found that today at my work also - two people that I think are relatively intelligent (though liberal) said I always sided with "the wrong person" in cases like this. For instance, I think OJ murdered his wife and the other guy. This person says the opposite.
Anyway, I attribute the opinion about foul play to the fact that A) not many have followed the details that we get here on FR - about any subject but esp about ANK's death
B) Most people just do not want to believe the worst about someone.
I think at the very least, HKS was an enabler of ANS's drug problem - in that he never stopped it.
At the worst he was the one being sure both Daniel and ANS received these drugs in very potent, dangerous portions - with the ultimate goal of having control over the multiple millions that she was DUE but not in possession of at the time of her death. His false paternity of the baby is prime evidence. If he were the father, there was no need to run away from the DNA test requirements following them. Why run away? Only reason was to avoid the TRUTH coming out....and thereby sever his claim over that baby and that baby's claim to inherited wealth.
