Greta interviewed the former manager of ANS again. She asked him if he had met HKS. He said once two years ago. Greta asked his impression of HKS. The former manager (who sounds decent) said the hair on the back of his stood up when he was around Howard K. Stern. He said she was totally different when he was around - and ANS would no longer return his calls because HKS screened all her calls.

This assessment matches that of several other witnesses describing the conduct of HKS around Anna.....that she was a totally different person around him.....nervous about communicating with people, for instance.

At the very least, we know that HKS controlled Anna Nicole Smith to the nth degree - and her correspondence with others who knew her and liked her. I would submit that he nourished her hatred for her mother and saw to it ANS did not communicate with her mother (as her mother has said - he changed a phone number Anna gave her mother to use to get through to her).

There would be no question that HKS KNEW of the prescription drugs ANS was using, and evidently he did not stop that. If he had loved her, he would have gotten her help with these drugs.

Supposedly it was reported that HKS had said he wanted to take Anna to the hospital that day but she refused because of the publicity it would bring them. But WHY would he then leave to go look at the boat????? That's where he was when he learned she had collapsed.
