also the label with the diagonal red lines on the right side of the label and the top red band on the label matches up fairly close with the American Regent, INC label

Oh I also have just learned that Vitamin B12 is also named "Cyanocobalamin" - so it is possible now to me that they may be B12.
B-12 is also the shot that chronic drunks go in and get from "friendly" doctors.
