The point is we have a "celebrity" who, much like her idol Marilyn Monroe, turns up dead much too young.....and like MM, she has been obviously seeking love in all the wrong places, and has multimillions in the pipeline for her to boot. The deal is - ANS was a prime target for murder. Especially after her son's death. This creep Stern who shut out others and was with her all the time has a PRIME motive for murder and was present at the death of both "heirs" of these potential millions!
Add to that the fact that Stern fled to the Bahamas with ANS to get her away from the paternity suits and probably other legal actions against her.....and then she has this baby and then her son dies!!! mysteriously....with methadone in his system and witnesses saying Stern swept extra methadone into the trash the night he died!!! (other witnesses said some voice screamed out that night 'YOU DID THIS'.....
I think Anna Nicole Smith was totally inconsolable after her beloved son's death. I think she was so drugged up by Stern that she was incapable of fighting through the haze to reach people who really loved and cared for her - her sister especially. I think Stern saw to it that she didn't get through to others. I also think Stern saw those multimillions as due to him for all he had put up with in his close friendship with Anna Nicole all these years. And I think he made a very wiley plan to get the money.
I further think that baby is in grave danger and MUST NOT be put in the care of Stern.
The sick thing is from what I've seen today is the "police" investigators of this crime scene are going out of their way to say no crime occurred. Why? Because they got statements from all those present!!!! SO WHAT!!!!!
This is a potential murder scene. It should be treated as such FIRST and eliminate all possible criminal intent and THEN they can say they don't think a crime occurred. FGS - no LEO worth their salt would say at this point that no crime occurred!!!
The deal is these are Seminole Indian reservation police.....and the word is they do not have to follow the same rules of disclosure that State ot City/Countty LEO's have to follow.
Could Stern have known this and picked this hotel specifically for his crime location??????
Sort of like the Clintons picked Fort Marcy Park for the location of Vince Foster's body so the Park Police became the investigators instead of the FBI??????
(sorry had to bring in the Clinton crime machine here because this crime just seems in the same criminal mold as the Clinton mysterious deaths)

I go separate ways however, when it comes to expressing concern for the baby ...or who gets the money.
Puts the unreality of CSI television shows in better perspective...when they announce no evidence of a crime already.
