If I understand correctly, the Birkhead paternity case is in California, and the Marshall estate case is in Texas.
Wasn't it the 9th Circuit that ruled against her bandruptcy case in California, where they awarded her 400 million from the Texas case and caused the whole issue to go to the SCOTUS where they kicked back the 9th Circus???
