Anna was on antidepressants, which cause an increase in appetite and substantial weight gain.

So I think she had to be taking a diet drug, easily available over the internet and highly addictive.

"Phentermine (Phen-Phen) is a sympathomimetic amine, which is similar to an amphetamine. It is also known as an "anorectic" or "anorexigenic" drug. Phentermine stimulates the central nervous system (nerves and brain), which increases your heart rate and blood pressure and decreases your appetite".

So a combination of drugs and the side effects probably did her in..:(
