Heard on tv that drugs for celebrities can be prescribed in others' names for privacy. I find that hard to believe.

I think Rush had something in someone else's name. I know someone will correct me if I am wrong.

On the other hand, Paris Hilton had Valtrex prescribed in her name. That would be more embarrassing then some Xanax.

FWIW, I can confirm that celebrities often use pseudonyms for their prescriptions, doctor appointments, restaurant reservations, as well as for call sheets, scripts, cast lists and other paperwork at production studios.
