Baden on phone. Perper is also an attorney....according to Baden. Perper should honor the request. Sounds like the question is wether the death should be classified as a homocide. Needs to talk to Kapoor.
Kapoor has not cooperated with authorities.
Perper was also asked if the reason for the delay was related to the info Big Moe was giving to police and he said it was not. Perper said that everyone cooperated and answered his questions, except Kapoor.
Baden said that he didn't see how the results of the autospy would be changed, but that the authorities must be trying to decide if they are going to charge a homicide.
Also Baden said that Dr. Kapoor may be in some jeopard, (of losing his license.....or more?) and that is the reason he is not cooperating.
