Some people here heard that, too - I didn't because I had to rely on clips on the MSM news in which it wasn't included.
I took others' word for it that it was Stern Rale & Khavarian, altho I never found a charter for it. For some reason, I got the impression the three were in a larger firm together when all were starting out - not one with their names on it.
However, I don't know where I got that idea, except that all the earliest Marshall litigation only had larger firms' names on it.
Anybody else that recalls that testimony, please feel free to correct my memory.
