Good theory. He might've even mentioned it to HKS in the car on the way from airport to hospital and so the deed had to be done ASAP. OR else HKS had planned his murder in advance (knowing Daniel was pressuring his mom to move) to occur in the hospital so it wouldn't look so obvious as it would had it happened in the house. Altho in the hospital there was always a chance he would get caught and someone would revive him. In which case, HKS would have to retry again sometime which would be suspicious. Altho, if HKS had done it in the house, then when he turned it into AnnaLand he could say, "this is the room Daniel died in, the chair he was found in, etc".
I've been following but haven't read every post... there are so many! My theory is when Anna named HKS as the father of Dannielynn she handed him the keys to the kingdom. If she was the one who wore the pants in the relationship as EG said then HKS no longer needed to play the a$$kissing role he had been playing...he no longer needed ANS...however he would have had to get Daniel out of the way first because Daniel stood to inherit ANS' estate but after Daniel...there was only Dannielynn who HKS was the named "father" of... there is so much money at stake and that seems to be what HKS cares about the most...he tried to make a deal with LB that still gave HKS control of Dannielynns money but gave custody to LB? HKS obviously doesn't give a $*it about the baby herself... I imagine he doesn't even like her... its another mans child after all... if anything happens to Dannielynn, who is next in line for the inheritance? He should be kept far from that baby ...its hard to imagine HKS would harm her but if our speculation is correct at all HKS is dangerous and crazy and may have already done the unimaginable twice...
Already we are hearing ANS and HKS marriage may be declared legal in the future... He is starting a new spin in case he looses custody... especially if Dannielynn is not named in ANS will,etc. HKS would probably fight for the money or at least a portion as her "husband"... If HKS is already named in ANS' will no reason to keep Dannielynn... he seems to be preparing to give her up to LB without much of a battle...if he cared so much what ANS wanted I think he wouldn't be rolling over so easy...
HKS was obviously obsessed with ANS but what he really seems obsessed with is $$$$$$$$! He seems like he is up to no good... and he gives me the creeps...shiver...He somehow got Anna to name him the father, marry him and renounce her family publicly... it would seem amazing if this WASN'T a plot... it is all too ... perfect. he seems to be selling everything he can and has made a fortune already...if he feels trapped will he try to sail away on THE CRACKER and disappear? I love a good mystery but I hate it that peoples lives are being ruined because of all of this...
