FWIW --- I hope Birkhead is the father and that he gets custody.

I don't know much about Birkhead, but I do know that he's said that Anna Nicole was the love of his life. She was a sick woman, constantly drugged, and "needy" - and this is the love of his life? I don't think he has much for common sense/judgement either. I would be happy to see that Anna Nicole's family got custody rather than Birkhead. Her mom seems to be the only one with SOME common sense in this whole thing. Just my mildly informed, gut-feeling opinion.

He's a simple Kentucky boy and was likely star stuck and flattered, but who's to say what's in his heart or mind?

I have only seen a clip of her mother and one or two of her sister. Not impressed with them either. :0)

I see HKS as a true villain.
