The church's pastor refused to conduct the service, saying he could not accept the limitations Stern wanted.

Oh this is rich!

"They wanted to have a very private service and nobody else in the church," Bishop Neil Ellis told the New York Daily News. "I couldn't function with all of that." It was not clear Thursday night who would officiate in his place.

What other limitations besides not wanting her father to be there? For the love of ....Well Howie won that one. Ich. Disgusting!

After the service, Smith will be buried at Lakeview Memorial Gardens with only 30 close friends in attendance.

Are Virgie and Anna's father counted in that 30? Or are they only allowed at the church?

Why is Stern in charge? I thought the GAL still had jurisdiction over the body on behalf of Dannielyn (who we can assume has been baptized - see previous posts about her Godmother)

I understand that Stern is Jewish - so how does he get to determine the terms of a Baptist ceremony?

THIS IS JUST MORE DISGUSTING STERN STUFF - HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR ANOTHER HATE CRIME.

If GAL-pal Milstein is running the show (as he claims), then surely Anna's parents would be in the gravesite attendee list. If Howard were running the show, the only ones invited to attend would be ET and those who paid admission fees.
