Why did all of them go to FL for a whole week and leave a tiny baby in The Bahamas?
And they evidently did the same thing just a few weeks before this, too.
I don't think they wanted to bring her back on US soil because of the paternity suit.

To pick up the yacht is what I heard; they were suppose to sail back to the Bahamas on it.
I don't think they would bring the baby........too much chance Birkhead might serve a subpoena to have it held in country.
