I understood from LB's atty, Opri that they were approaching it from the "fraudulent" birth certificate. If they bring a claim to court - the court might then order the paternity test.

Just speculation on my part - but they have ANS' DNA and obviously Larry's. They must want some type of official order so that chain of custody of DNA will be assured.

With all the mess that's going on with this case and the Bahaman officials participation in part of it, I don't see how the Bahaman court could deny the paternity test request.

Plus we have the fact that LB made his first official request back in October.

Plus the FBI is down there investigating something...

OMG,,it JUST occured to me, and I don't know if anyone else mentioned it yet, but here goes.

NOW we know the reason Howard wouldn't let Virgie HOLD, touch or come close to the baby...DNA!!!

They've covered all their bases..
