There is no way that a Bahamian ruling would hold up over here in the states if someone wanted to fight it on US soil once he baby starts living on US soil. If Larry is award custody of the baby through the Bahamian courts. Then Virgie can fight him here on US soil. But she is going to need quite a bit of money for that.
