The judge and the GAL tried to have it both ways. Saying they weren't doing in on behalf of Anna's wishes OR the other claimants, but on behalf of Dannielynn. Then they turned around and did what Anna said she wanted...to be buried next to Daniel, and bc of Anna's and Stern's previous ploy to hide under the laws (and corruption) there, Daniel's place turned out to be in the Bahamas.
Now unless you buy that Howard is the father, will always have custody, and will reside with her in the Bahamas, it makes no sense to say, oh, we did it for Dannielynn. Rubbish.
