If Anna left a will naming Stern the guardian of Dannilynn, does that trump the grandma or the biological dad?

Depends on the state, but almost definitely not against the biological father. With paternity at issue, the grandma should have the best chance of getting interim custody. But who knows what the courts in the Bahamas will do.

Does anyone know the citizenship of the baby? Seems that she might have dual citizenship. Do they have anchor babies in ther Bahamas?
