I agree. If it's true and he's now been served in the CA paternity action, will they take action if he is in contempt of court? Will the CA bar look into possible ethics and professional code violations in his handling of ANS's legal affairs? I hope so.
Anyway, the easiest thing is for the court in the Bahamas to order it and get it done already. Tomorrow should be an interesting day.
Bahamas is definitely most expedient. At some point Stern is going to have to earn some money. His parents cannot support him forever.
