Once Seidlin got an inkling of that he should've put his ego on the shelf and changed that ruling. I don't know how long it takes to do a DNA test. But i don't think it takes as long as some say.

So maybe there was time for a DNA test but because Perper made things sound so urgent urgent urgent, the judge passed on the paternity finding.
I think Dr. Perper's conduct has been extremely unprofessional. Why would he call in during trial time? Why would the judge take his call in open court? It did put undue pressure on everyone. Crazy! Anyway, wasn't Daniel's body waiting to be buried for 40 days? Worse things have happened. I think we could have waited for the paternity results.
