There are circumstances where there is so much mucus it is hard to swallow the medicine properly. Then if they regurgitate especially when there is already swelling, it creates a closed throat after they may have aspirated into their lungs. It is like drowning, and you cannot breathe, and it seemed like she was alone and had nobody to help her when this happened. Just speculating. She looked bad in the pictures two days ago.
