In the meantime, I am hoping they have filed a similar request for DL's DNA sample in the Bahamas while they are awaiting all these rulings. Maybe the court in the Bahamas will surprise us and order it. Getting HKS to comply will be the fun part. I hope they are watching him 24/7.

I see no reason this judge should not tell the ME to sent the DNA sample to the lab.

The case in Bahamas is off until Monday now, and if her funeral is Monday, who knows.
