the evil Stern, his lawyers, and a judge will say that you can't take a child away from someone to whom she's bonded.

Then they'll sock Larry Birkhead with a paternity lawsuit to provide child support to HKS, since he has no visible means of support himself. (/sarcasm -- only half)

The repeated assertation that their utmost concern is what's best for Dannielynn is absurd, since the number one priority would be to find out who hear REAL father is. I fear you're right, however, in that some feel-good judge is going to rule that she has a right to be close to her buried mother and brother, and since she has bonded to Howard, they would award custody to him in the Bahamas. (Never mind that he doesn't have residency rights, a job, a home, an income, or a legal leg to stand on.)

You're right. You know, I never cared where she would be buried EXCEPT for that reason. That's the only reason I felt that if she was buried anywhere in the US, HKS "lost." Meaning, the courts might also rule against him in the paternity issue.

We think alike! That was going through my mind all week. One can get custody and one could be ordered to pay child support. If so, that's scarey. Just as someone said on Courttv, HKS "has a lot of power in the Bahamas."
