MSNBC’s The Scoop reports that Anna is trying to set up an offshore company in order to hide potential assets from Birkhead.

Anna? I bet it was Stern; and I bet that's where he is tonight; I bet he knows the laws of the Bahamas backwards and forwards. And I bet he's got somebody moving $$ as we type.
