I liked the judge. I think he made the best decision he could with everything he had to work with.

There was a female lawyer on BOR tonight who has gone before him many times and said he is a wonderful judge, that he has to be like this because he is used to dealing with families and children and his "humor" relaxes the families and children and gets them to open up.

Said she has seen him carry on a banter with a child for an hour or more and the kids open up to him because of his style. She said she always likes going before him... Judge Napolitano also said, in the same segment, that you don't judge a probate/family court judge in the same manner you judge a criminal judge... said it's apples and oranges. We are just not used to seeing family court-type hearings.
