Can't the Daniel's father or other relative have him reburied in the USA and then have ANS next to him? I doubt he and ANS would have wanted to be buried in a strange country. Here at least ANS's mother and other relatives could visit the graves and keep them nice.

Of course, ONLY the Judge doesn't like the idea of Daniel (or anyone else) being exhumed and said as much..which is the Judge's problem, but he IS the Judge.
