From Birkhead's testimony - Relationship Timeline

Intimate relationship started with Birkhead & Anna in July 2004 - he basically lived with her until about April 2005. Birkhead still had his residence in KY at this time. (so basically Birkhead followed Anna to California at her request)

In January 2005 Anna learned she was pregnant and Birkhead & Anna both acknowledged that the baby was Birkheads. Anna miscarried the 1st baby sometime in February 2005.

Tensions started to rise between Birkhead & Anna due to the miscarriage because Anna thought that Birkhead blamed her for the loss of the baby. Also tensions were high in Anna home because of Stern hanging out at the home and other people who were living there at the time. (March to April 2005)

In April 2005 Birkhead found an Apartment near Anna home as they both agreed it would give them a place to escape to and to get away from the people who were hanging out and living in Anna's home. (he is still in that same apt to date) - Birkhead was paying the rent on the Apt the whole time, Anna did not pay for any of it.

They continued their relationship together but in November of 2005 Anna went to South Carolina (between Nov 18th & 22nd of 2005). This is when she started her affair with Ben Thompson. Anna met Ben Thompson through Larry Birkhead at a family gathering that occurred sometime earlier in their relationship. She stayed with Ben Thompson from Late November 2005 until New Years Eve 12/31/05. Anna & Larry got back together on New Years Eve (12/31/05).

Larry stayed in Anna's home again from 12/31/05 to about the first part of February 06. Anna then leave to go before the Supreme Court for her Marshall hearing. Anna tells Larry that she is expecting another baby with him around February 14, 2006. Larry did say something to her about the possibility that baby might be B. Thompson. Anna got slightly upset with him so he dropped the subject. But Larry knew B Thompson so he called B. Thompson to ask him about his relationship with Anna while she was in South Carolina during Nov/Dec 05. (My guess is that B. Thompson told him at that time that he could not be the father because he had a vasectomy - the Judge interrupted so Birkhead did not get into what happened when Larry contacted B. Thompson).

From February 14th on until she took off for the Bahamas they did baby things (pick out baby names and so on - but things started going bad during that time because he wanted her to stop using drugs.)

Larry & Anna Relationship Timeline (cont) - Part 2

In April in 2006 - Anna calls Larry to tell him she was rushed to the hospital for cramps - she stays in the hospital for 2 weeks to get off the drugs - Stern is bringing in drugs in a dufflebag to help Anna get her fix.

After her stay in the hospital Anna returned to her home. (Beginning of May 2006) She would still medicate herself and Larry was still trying to get her to stop taking the meds. Larry was basically living with her even though he still had his own apt. Stern was not around at this time once she returned home as he was working on her Marshall case.

At the end of May Anna got mad at Larry over her asking him to pick her up some sunglasses for him while she was at a beauty parlor. She wanted him to drop what he was doing (he was there with her but he was invoicing some photo that he had taken of her at her request to use on her website.) She got pissed off at him because he would not stop and do what she told him to do. They were arguing and she told Larry she would get her own ride home. Larry called Stern because she did not want to ride home with Larry. Stern said he would come and get her. (this was the last time Larry saw Anna in person) - After that it was nothing but arguments between them over petty stuff and these arguments mainly occurred over the phone. Stern told Larry at one point that if Larry did not act right and get over to Anna's that Anna would go and be with the real father of her baby. Larry said to Stern... excuse me? - Stern said to Larry: you heard me - Larry to Stern: Excuse Me, if you are saying I am not the father of the baby then I don't want to go over there anyway and continue getting attached to the baby and Anna. (I take Anna was being extremely moody due to the pregnancy, her drug problems, and possibly the idea that Larry was not a rich man who could give her exactly what she wanted. Drugs, 10 carat ring, etc...)

Larry then goes on to say in court that he had learned through someone else that Stern had taken Anna to South Carolina and to the Bahamas to tell this other man that this baby was his child. (cough... B. Thompson)

Larry kinda back away after the beauty parlor fight and the crap Stern was telling him that he was not the father of the baby.
(Bingo - It sounds to me that Anna & Stern's plot to make B Thompson the father started sometime right before Anna landed in the hospital for 2 weeks. Anna started the petty fight about the sunglasses to get Larry out of the picture while she escaped to South Carolina and then the Bahamas.
