This morning the judge told HKS the needed to give the judge 2 hours notice before he needed to leave.

The smudge said he would give Virgie's attorney an opportunity to cross HSK - but since then he has said he doesn't want the "money issue" raised again.

I was just thinking how opportune it was that the judge had "Texas" sit down when he did yesterday. Because think about how much more ammo he's got to use on cross now.
