I think it was written right after these clowns got out of college. I think they really had no idea how to write a will and they may have copied from a will that was written for a "male".

Or are you talking about the fax cover date? That can be easily explained that the date on the fax machine was not set correctly.

I am talking about the copy of the will submitted to Judge Judywannabe in FL. The first thing I questioned were the initialed pages compared to her signature. They don't match, IMO.

If this judge had a brain he'd verify exactly how Ron Rales worked with HKS and was supposed to be ANS attorney yet he represented HKS.

We have as of today a California judge who is maintaining jurisdiction over the paternity action. He is enforcing the order, the order that the paternity testing be completed. It's a three way prong (sp?) We are going to get the DNA from Anna because he ordered it. We are going to pick it up and we will go to the Bahamas. There is a children's act in the Bahamas and there is a domestication act in the foreign jurisdiction. We are tomorrow going to domesticate the newest order by the California judge saying complete the paternity action. Were going to the Bahamas and we are filing if we haven't already filed that action (paternity test to get the baby's DNA) which includes custody and we are going in for the whole enchilada.
