Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I just think he is going to end up giving custody of ANS to HKS and that will be the end of it.
Let's see what this Texas attorney does in his cross of Stern, a Fox reporter said he was "renowned" in Texas, hasn't lost a case in 10 years.
As far as the sliming, I meant that the news stations would report that he wants to do a reality show too. Maybe he does, but look how it shapes opinions about him.

Agree, ANS and HKS were/are professional grifters and this judge has a total mess on his hands.
I simply thought the judge was a bit theatrical himself and enjoying his media exposure.

I agree with you and this judge irks me. I don't think he's a bad person and if I had to be in front of him I'd be happy. I just think he tends to ramble on and he's seems to be a hippy. Though today he has been tougher.
So is no one calling the TrimSpa guy to testify?
