Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I've wondered that, also. He has never been mentioned.

It makes me wonder also if she was really down at the bar partying. Surely some pictures would have pop up by now that were taken by someone else in the bar? Maybe even cell phone pictures? They would be worth big bucks to the tabloids and would be passed off as the last pictures of Anna alive.
You are talking about a casino bar which would be fairly crowded. But no pictures have popped up yet which is odd.
If Howard comes to FLA on Tues, I'm thinking the judge will want to talk to him about DNA.
BTW a witness is supposedly going to testify, under oath, at Daniels inquest that HKS gave Daniel the Methadone and was seen flushing it down the toilet.

Me, too.... when I saw her interviewed on the airplane the hair on my neck stood up and said something stinks between this lady and HKS.

Shep's show is on at 3 on the East Coast.
They showed this interview the other day, I have no way of knowing because it was a tight shot, just like the shot of HKS on the plane, but I'd swear it was the same airplane... if not, it was very similar. Perhaps ET has their own private plane they are flying all these people on for Stein's interviews.
I don't think he will show - too many things could happen to him if does show up.
I hope that this judge nails him big time if he does not show up.
Thanks... lack of daylight savings time messes with me... middle of March things will be back to "normal" for my viewing habits.
