Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Before they had the 'committment ceremony" what financial procedures were in place?

Did ANS pay Howie an annual, monthly or weekly salary?
Did she give him W2s or 1099s for IRS?
Did they have joint checking/savings accounts?
Did ANS have a corporation in her name?
How did ANS get paid by her sponsors etc.,?

Maybe there's a CAPONE arrest in the works!

What do you want to bet HKS didn't pay for the boat, or he made a down payment on it or rented it. He is a user, I'll bet he didn't pay for anything if he could figure a way to get something for nothing.

Bonnie Stern said last week that HKS was paid one dime by ANS. That his legal work was all on a contingency basis. AND that her parents have supported HKS all of these years.

If that's true, let's see the contract she signed for the contingency. But I'll bet that will be some of the legal papers that were "stolen" from the house.
