Good question. I think like all criminals he is figuring out how to hide the facts. Whatever it takes. I think ANS death happened to keep her from testifying sober at Daniel's inquest. I think he really sees THAT event as portending more danger for him but without Anna Nicole to testify - he probably feels he is home free. (however there are other witnesses that are going to implicate him).

As far as the body goes and the baby goes - when push comes to shove - he will abdicate on the body issue....if it saves his hide.

He will continue to fight to not give DNA so no paternity test can be done. He will do whatever it takes to avoid that.

And I think his PR campaign is not over. Witness the bodyguard from Austria on there today saying HKS was a good man......

You know what? For me - I want to see somebody investigating him as a criminal - now, not later. If it takes him not showing up Tuesday to get that ball rolling - good! I think all the other issues will work themselves out okay.

The people who came to do the job did not want to agree to confidentiality - which was part of the order. So it didn't happen. Do these people know how to use the telephone? Couldn't they have asked this company over the phone about this confidentiality agreement and if they had said - no dice - called another company?????

Estate attorney now discussing the will - saying that the will is ambiguous.....saying the despositive section would (if challenged) fail - meaning it could come under the laws of the state...probate court.....

To make matters worse, I heard Dr. Perper on Nancy Grace say that all of this went on at the ME's office. So he said that when they get the next embalmers, the confidentiality agreement will be signed before they ever arrive at the ME office.
