Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Right, that was in response to the HKS attorney being on right before him. He talked about the will as if it said "Dannielynn" instead of "Daniel".

I don't know who made this point, but someone said that if HKS was really her father, wouldn't you think that he would have wanted to have the will changed to see that she was taken care of?

Oh - thank you - Wendy Murphy! I saw that and wanted to remember Wendy Murphy's name but could only remember Murphy. She has a website she said - and she nailed it, didn't she? Unlike the pitiful Bloom girl. She was / is deceived about HKS like a lot of others.

Now former ANS attorney Leeds - saying will is heavily slanted towards HKS' benefit. Duh.

LOL! Yea, he's been wearing that tee shirt that says "Austria" on it. Sounds just like Arnold. Earlier today or yesterday he said that he and HKS will both take care of the baby because they were Anna's wishes. Oh dear.......

Well - Mark Furhman says ALL of the potential fathers are coming forward because of the money (potential) involved with the baby - not because they love this baby and want to care for it. And none of these "fathers" and not the gransmother - none of these soap opera people should be given custody of the baby - but it should go into a foster home.......and raised by a "normal" loving family. (Yeah but some of these foster parents are real monsters.....)

The Gulfoyle woman disagreed - saying Larry Birkhead was with AN early on, went with her to the dr appts, was preparing the nursery with her, seemed to truly love her - and deserves a chance to be the father he claims he wants to be.

Word on LKL is that Birkhead's lawyers will serve Howard with a supoena when he gets off the plan requiring him to give up his DNA. That would be a smart move.

He said, well a person of good character. [choke] And from all indications Anna thought he was, she named him as her representative.

That would be terrific - but that is also the reason I don't think HKS will come to court on Tuesday. I will bet money on it.

If he's not the father, (and he knows it) he cannot afford to give up his DNA. Because then its' total lights out for him. So the speculation was that he wouldn't show up, and give up the burial rights.
