I am not sure how likely this is, but could the judge decide to allow Daniel to be moved and ANS to be buried "with Daniel" on US soil? It would satisfy both next-of-kin wishes and ANS's wishes to be with her son.

Earlier, it was opined that HKS would withdraw from the body burial fight and Rale will take over as representing the interests of ANS....problem....the case was brought by HKS himself. So, if he withdraws, does the case go away?
I am trying to envision the countless legal documents ANS had to sign, over and over again. I wish we had other documents to compare.

I think you are right. In the case of Stern, follow the money. BTW, Stern gets to testify first on Tuesday...
