Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I thought the first hearing this morning was supposed to be about trying to agree on which mortuary would be authorized to embalm ANS today. Have they not made that decision yet?

Yes the judge started the day by signing an embalming order.
This case also brings into question Father rights. It's scary that in the Bahamas and in the USA (I believe) that the man listed on Birth Certificates will be legally the father. Women lie. Women commit fraud. And sorry not to speak ill of the dead but we have reports of Anna telling 3 different men that they were the father and then after the child is born stating that Stern was the dad. Even if these men are after the so called money they still need to be given the opportunity to prove or disprove paternity.
He reminds me of Dharma's dad on Dharma and Greg, sans ponytail.

Now they are discussing whether HKS can testify by satellite, so that they will be able to see his demeanor.
