Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Oh - am sorry - didn't know Ann had fallen out of favor. Sorry - she interloped on the H&C Anna show. I am still one of her fans....because of the abuse she takes from the Libs/Dems. She was sticking up for the President tonight.

This seems to be the prevailing MSM opinion, as led by Nancy Grace. It doesn't happen to be mine.
But didn't this occur on American Indian land?
It has been said that her Will is from 2001 and that Daniel was the beneficary of everything. She never revised it. Since he is dead this means that the baby is now her beneficary.
You're right - his plan was to get her to marry him and make that part legal. Who said - a woman said - oh it was HKS's "friend" who was with ANS and HKS shortly before her death - wasn't it? - who said, "We convinced her to marry him". Maybe Howard did have the "marriage" lined up or almost lined up - but maybe he realized Anna when she was sober was NOT CONVINCED she should go through with a marriage - especially in her distraught condition after Daniel's death.
So, her death could be accidental in that it occurred sooner than he expected....or maybe wanted.
But, like you, there should be some criminality here. Have you heard anything from anybody indicating the police are treating her death as something that should be investigated as a crime?
That gives me hope we can see some good results from this current court action.
I just didn't like him from the snippets I saw of him or the comments others made about him today.
