Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

Ron Rales just said that Howard K. Stern is NOT the beneficiary in Anna Nicole Smith's will.
I guess that a BIG JOKE, because Anna Nicole Smith was never named is her husband MARSHALL's will either, was she?

Then they had ANS' Bahamian lawyer on who said that Larry Birkhead's lawyer talked to him or sent him something today that said LB was NOT seeking to determine paternity of the baby at this time with his action in the Bahamas.

Don't mean to manipulate the posts here - I lurk all day and can't post til at night. Thanks to all during the day who bring all the facts into this thread.
FWIW - I thought the Judge today was a clown. He is basking in the spotlight and LOVES it. The fact that he flirted back with the HKS attorney - was just sick.
Oh well - maybe he will turn out to be a "serious" Judge but was not of that opinion after seeing and reading about today's court events.
i agree with you...when the news broke that her son died in her hospital room shortly after her giving birth to a baby girl, I was like WHAT! I never knew she was pregnant. if she hid it, she did a good job..
In the Boris Becker case, there was no such fuss about getting his DNA even though he also opposed it and blamed the KGB of having stolen his sperm. In the end had to give it and ended paying child support to the Russian model.

I hate to say what I'm going to say. Until we get rid of these traitors in positions of power we SHOULDN'T go to war and think we are going to win. They won't let us win because they are so short sighted and power hungry. It's disgusting.
Yes, but short of that, HKS had access to $$$$ by selling her images. However, when the Thompsons went into the house and took the images (which they turned over to authorities) they cut off his cash flow.

Of course I don't know her but I think she really was smitten with Larry. He was a photographer and really didn't have anything to offer her. ET showed a picture of Dannielynn and she looked just like LB. I'm sure we won't see that picture again.
Where did you get the information that Stern was NOT on the will?
