Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
It isn't on here, yet.... but I saw previews and I'm sick of him whining over and over to the baby her mother is dead. She may be five months old, but he is harming her mental development.

She later insisted she was only joking about being pregnant."
Now - wouldn't it be somewhat important to know if ANS was pregnant at the time of her death? Maybe nobody else cares - but it seems it would add to HKS's claim to be the daddy - unless, of course, the baby belonged to Shane Gibson and that was going to be the Bahamian child that she "adopted." (this was discussed yesterday - I don't have the link right now)

This thread has not been so much about the Tabloid Anna Nicole Smith, but the legal crises surrounding;
The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity and custody is in question - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant's mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
WE SHOULD ALL BE TERRIFIED THAT THESE SAME LAWYERS, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND JUDGES COULD PUT ALL OF US IN JEOPARDY.

....Samantha, you seem to know a lot about the police chief in Seminole County, FL and assured us that he would be very tenacious in going after the facts in this case. (the death of ANS - possible crimes???) But we don't hear one word on any of these talk shows or on TMZ or any of the other sites involved in talking about ANS nonstop - not one word about any ongoing police investigation of ANS's death and the associated facts around it. (There seems to be info about the ongoing investigation into Daniel's death - but I have heard NOTHING about what the police are investigating in Anna Nicole's death. All the talk is about the custody of the body and of the baby and of the paternity of the baby. There has been talk about the possible drugs ANS took. AND WE HERE ON FR have talked about the possible crime here - but nothing on the MSM).
Can you confirm that such an investigation is actually ongoing right now - into a the possibility that a crime occurred in ANS's death - and the police are not waiting til these autopsy reports come back?

In an interview with PEOPLE magazine out this week, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor -- the doc described in the article as "Anna's personal physician" -- says that the former Playmate took "no dangerous prescription drugs during her pregnancy." Wha huh?!

OH - good to know - thank you - had not heard that. So ANS was either kidding, dreaming, drunk, drugged, or had a miscarriage already.
I know he's in a heep of trouble. Last night I asked what "travel medicine" was. It seem I should have asked about "Entertainment medicine"

"The doctor who prescribed methadone to a very pregnant Anna Nicole Smith to a phony name and had it shipped to the Bahamas -- has an interesting medical practice.
"TMZ broke the story that Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who practices in Los Angeles, wrote a prescription for methadone on August 25, 13 days before Anna Nicole gave birth.
"TMZ searched the internet and found a description of Dr. Kapoor's practice in an advertisement for someone who has worked "in an outpatient based settling." In the description of his practice, Dr. Kapoor lists "Entertainment Medicine."
TMZ contacted St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica which caters to celebrities, and a spokesman there said he had never heard of "Entertainment Medicine."
Didn't we learn that the meds were shipped to a PO Box where HKS picked them up? If so, doesn't this show potential intention by HKS to see that ANS got the Methadone.....maybe after the baby was born.....maybe RIGHT after the baby was born....and that he had the methadone to feed to Daniel also.....(why ANS was screaming - YOU DID THIS - the day Daniel died). HKS had to keep ANS doped up after Daniel had died not just to keep her from crying all the day long - but also to keep her shut up about what Howard DID to Daniel??? Now she is shut up for good.
What if he killed her (or saw to it she took these powerful drugs until she died) to be SURE she could not testify - sober - at the inquest into Daniel's death????
Not just to get access to the baby and her potential inheritance....because HKS KNOWS he is not the real father...and that truth would HALF to come out.
But the inquest into Daniel's death was rapidly approaching and if Anna was alive to testify SOBER at that hearing - HKS knew his time was up!
I think the fuss about the body, and even the baby, is clouding the fact that there is very very strong motivation for HKS to have done Nicole harm.
Some here have compared him to Scott Peterson.....and we had a murder here - yes in Durham, NC - by another husband of his wife who tried to make it look like she fell down stairs and died from that when it was proven in court he beat his wife over the head til she died - in order to get her MONEY.....another Peterson murder. (different first name)
I am just saying - when there is MOTIVE - follow it and you will find the killer!
I'm just curious, because I haven't followed these court shows in a long time. Was Nancy Grace completely wrong about the DukeLax case?
