Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
the lawyers want to be able to rebut the report filed Tuesday morning, and get the report beforehand

This is one of those judges that drive me CRAZY in court. The ones who are worse than self important preachers that know they have a captive audience and drone on and on and on just to feel important and for others to see how WONDERFUL they are. Ugh.

Meanwhile, Vickie Lynn's body lies a-mouldering in the morgue. As opposed to James Brown's body lying a-mouldering on the couch.
The reference in Milstein's bio at his law firm cited his membership in the "Gay and Lesbian Lawyers Association."
Agreed. The law is the law. It's not about making lawyers feel good and these people are getting paid enough so if they have to work on holidays so what. I'm just mad because I think this judge should have pushed PROOF of HKS being next of kin due to being the child's father.
Great. Little Dannielynn has a total stranger sticking up for her in court, where they're deciding who gets her mother's body.

Yes, I agree. This woman's body is decaying, this baby is possibly in danger, and yet we have to worry about people's wives being angry? Screw them!!!
