Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
The camera is not stationed in a place where we can see their faces well.
I thought that she may not have answered precisely, because they have all those "domicile" legal issues.
>>>Did he really control her? He was her gofer, driver, handle legal affairs. She had to be carried when he was around. When she was around her friend - away from HKS - she walked on her own two feet.>>>
You know, there are alot of passive aggressive types who will debilitate a person to make THEM feel that they HAVE to have that person around. Sabatoge things to make them the hero. Did he make her out to be such a junkie and he was the knight in shining armor to her and the world, but did HE do it?
Like the person who sets a fire so they can run in and be the hero? That is how I see HKS. And Larry Birkhead was messing all that up!
I know. But since I missed the introductions, I have no idea whose interests are being represented. Can anybody fill me in?
>>>Interesting, thanks... Did you see the video link I posted earlier with Anna and the old many Marshall? It was in 1992 and he specifically stated what he wanted her to have.>>>
I missed it, do you have it again (rather than go back through 5,000 posts?)
Thanks,
the doc is right....opri is in cali...
Court TV is all over this hearing.
Judge has appointed a guardian ad liteum for the baby.
The judge has indicated that maybe the next of kin should get the body!
They're arguing over that now.
.
Richard Millsteen (sp?) attorney in Miami, has been appointed guardian ad litem for Dannielynn.
Oh, yeah - the death occurred in Indian Country, most likely. However, I can already see that lots of people have been fudging whether or not she wasn't already dead when the real paramedics got to the hotel room.
Possibly, the resuscitation efforts everyone saw were just a last-ditch stand. So, did she die in Indian Country (on the casino grounds) or in the ambulance on the way to the hospital, in Broward County or some other municipality, like Hollywood itself or maybe Dania and so on, going to the hospital/morgue?
With all these attorneys, even the death pronouncement itself and the "where" will make a difference with all these argumentative "reasonable doubt" people!
I'm going to miss everything that goes on this afternoon.
Am I right that the baby now has he own attorney?
This could be explosive for Stern.
JUDGE:
"The child should know who the father is."
According to the recap on Court TV, she does.
How does Stern manage to find such losers for lawyers?
No, I can't watch it - no cable, no PC video. Millstein?
I haven't seen it spelled yet. But he is definitely the GAL
This is embarassing from a legal point of view, isn't it? They aren't very professional at all.
Judge says, that's why I've got Millstein. I called him at 6:30 this morning and told him to pack a bag. He's going to be doing a little traveling.
exactly....this is sad..
