Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

There also seems to be dispute among the talking heads as to whether or not there is actually any estate money, property or otherwise to even will to someone. But all the folks who believe there's a will are among Howard's minions.
Judge should MAKE her produce the will!!! What is so difficult about this????

I see that Ron Rales flew from CA to FL yesterday. That must be why they wanted the delay. Christa Barth didn't even know what island to answer that they "lived" on yesterday.

They kept referring to New Providence and I thought it was another city from Nassau, but it's Nassau's island, which I thought was Grand Bahama, but that's Freeport, lol!
Judge says we're going to get it right the first time so the body won't have to be exhumed.
Dr. Perper is not there but will be in a few minutes. The judge just asked for someone from the Sheriff's department to come in and talk about the DNA.
