Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I think there is a will but Stern doesn't want ALL of it to come out. The comment was made that it was "cut and paste".
Heck Rales is in Stern's pocket of course he's willing to step down.

I'm with ya, Howlin. As I wrote someone else here, I am fascinated by the numerous legal tangles of this case that may take years to untangle.
But on a personal note, a very troubled lady is dead and her baby daughter's future is hanging in the balance. Plus they won't release her body for burial until certain things are resolved. I find that pretty offensive.
Also, I kinda liked Anna Nicole. I watched her show on E! (guilty pleasure) and could see her good qualities as well as her many problems. So there.
I am torn about the Howard Stern part in all of this though - at this point I am thoroughly confused as to whether he was a Svengali or a "hopelessly devoted to you" supporter of Anna. Thoughts?

Then there's the problem of Daniel and whether or not there was a will or any estate.

That nanny made that statement back in December, early December. Long before she died.
