Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I'll watch Rita on re-run tonight and see if I can get anything out of it.

Sarasota, you seem to know a lot about the police chief in Seminole County, FL and assured us that he would be very tenacious in going after the facts in this case. But we don't hear one word on any of these talk shows or on TMZ or any of the other sites involved in talking about ANS nonstop - not one word about any ongoing police investigation of ANS's death and the associated facts around it.
Can you confirm that such an investigation is actually ongoing right now and not waiting til these autopsy reports come back?
Flying in and out will be difficult for him, but that boat is docked right at the house and all too convenient to split in the dead of night with that baby.

Agreed. Plus the more TMZ reports, the worse it looks for HKS - although today's "revelations" are pretty damning for Anna. I just do not buy the "nanny" who claimed Anna Nicole didn't want the baby fully fed. I think that is NONSENSE and that Nanny can put it in an affidavit freely because Anna Nicole is not here to refute it. How can it be disproven?
A Bahamian attorney told Greta last night a will had been entered into probate there and HKS is #1 and some unnamed person is #2 administrators of the estate.
Was this HKS's attorney in FL? Her name is Christa Barta.
They didn't have that will in the Florida court proceeding today.
Could be why Stern is so angry -- maybe they were on the computer that disappeared and with it the half million Golden was going to pay him.

Well, the nanny's affidavit was written last December, while ANS was still alive. I agree it was weird.

I've been following those polls, pretty telling. CNN was the only poll I saw in his favor.

I thought it was weird, too - but because of it, I paid special attention to the times I could see the baby's body and not just her chubby little chins and face.
She always has on layers of "fat clothes," though. But a couple of times when Ichabod Crane had his grubby mitts on her, her clothes were lifted up and I tell ya, she *is* skinnier than you would think.
