Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Brother; people are coming out of the woodwork.
She must have needed legal favors from him.
I wondered about all these people saying they were acting FOR her; that's impossible; the court is going to have to appoint one -- and hopefully it's an honest one.
There is a paper trail somewhere, even if Stern is burning documents as fast as we type.
That was a hoot when I saw the Slimfast in the cardboard box labeled "Trimspa".
So far the Trimspa guy is still talking decently toward Stern... but he did admit he did all negotiating with Stern, said they wanted more of her and Stern wouldn't allow it. I thought that was strange.
Steines even said "The mother that Anna Nicole hated..." arrived in the Bahamas today.
What kind of CREDIBLE reporter says stuff like that?
He's obviously telling one side of the story; my question is, do those shows not watch the OTHER shows and see that their reporting is 180 degrees from those?
ET is going in the tank for this one.

You're right. And I'm sick of the MSM saying...one show after another... that ALL the potential fathers are in it for the money. I'll bet he is NOT. All he's been concerned about is that little girl's well-being.
Oh yeah, both he and his sorry wife are friends with HKS.
BTW, it appears that Stern did leave Florida on the yacht (captian is related to Gibson) and then did the airplane thing with ET for some reason. Rumors today the baby was at the Hardrock hotel and he spirited her away before they called for help -- if I was a betting person, if that story is true bet he got on the yacht and hightailed it back to Bahamas with the baby and then flew back to Florida.
Thus far, I only like and believe the Thompson family. I also like Birkhead and his lady lawyer.

Mr. Castranova gave a brief explanation of the recommendation to terminate Dr. Eroshevich's services. It was noted that on two occasions, Dr. Eroshevich arranged for psychologists to conduct fact-to-face examination of LACERA members, which is a violation of the agreement between LACERA and Dr. Eroshevich, when only Board Certified Physicians are allowed to conduct these examinations.
A motion was made by Mr. Russin, seconded by Mr. Chery, to approve the recommendation.
The Legal Office, at the request of Mr. Russin, will review Dr. Eroshevich's invoices to ensure that charges are proper. The Legal Office will report its findings and any recommendations to the Insurance, Benefits and Legislative Committee.
The motion passed with Mr. Macias abstaining.

That's my point. At least Abcess Hollyweird is taking a more balanced objective approach to this story and reporting both sides. Even when ET shows Virgie or Dr. Perper, they show both of them in a bad light.
Then they get some bug-eyed, greasy haired sister of HKS, seemingly out of nowhere and she just spills a bunch of garbage in everyone's lap.
I haven't watched them for years, I cannot stand Mary Hart and Stein is dispicable. Rita Cosby has only been one step above ET, but at least she interviewed Virgie last night before she interviewed the companion(s) who were there with ANS and HKS last week (this was in addition to the nurse and bodyguard -- this woman is the one who noticed ANS was dead and told the nurse).
Mary Hart is too GD perky for my tastes.
There is only one thing that has bothered me about Birkhead -- he was at some function a couple of weeks ago with Pamela Anderson. He appears drawn to disfunctional women with big boobs.
That's one of the first posts I read today on this thread. Unbelievable!
