Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I think he is trying to forestall any testing of Virgie's DNA to that baby. This is really gutter level. Each day we get lower.
Ron Rale is as big a slime as HKS. Gretta says they will have to produce a will if HKS is to take custody of the body and she will have to be deemed of sound mind when she wrote it.
No preservatives. Even in the refrigerated drawer processes continue. They need to take the DNA sample and do something. She won't keep forever. She is no James Brown.

Unfortunately here will is being probated in Nassau and the attorney is being pretty closed-mouthed. All we know for certain is HKS is the executor.
Well, someone better have a guard following him 24/7 and a court should demand he produce Dannielynn ASAP.
I wonder if Howie has a will stating ANS wanted him to have her dead body? I bet not.

If correct, how could any Notary/lawyer certify any document for ANS' as being of sound mind and body in the last several years?

Harvey Levin of TMZ on FNC said that they have blocked out the TWO California doctor's names on these scripts, but they know who they are.
Where were they shipped from? Los Angeles? The lady MD/PhD is an LA area shrink (right).. so was she the enabling physician?
