Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.

Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

How long before Stern is dumped out on his @ss in the Bahama's?

I hope that Birkhead gets those paternity papers filed ASAP in the Bahama's. Once that is done then it is possible that Stern will be ordered not to take the baby off the island until the paternity matter is settled. If the Bahama courts think that Stern may try to flee the island with the baby then hopefully they will put the child in protected custody on the island. Stern is facing a lot including being questioned again in Daniel's death, possibly being thrown out of the home he is in now once it proved in court that Thompson owns it and the heat of Birkhead being in the Bahama's filing for paternity of Anna's baby.

I heard some Bahamian official really take out after Larry Birkhead tonight. Saying that it was unfair of him to put ANS through the paternity issue while she was still grieving for her son.

The more I think about this the more steamed I am at ET and Access Hollywood for trying to make that slime into a sympathetic character in this.... they are making huge February sweeps ratings off the back of that poor innocent baby. I hope if anything happens to her they all rot in purgatory.

If you read that blog a few clicks up there is a very good theory on how Daniel was murdered.

Really, I'm glad to hear that. I didn't get his name, and I was thinking how crooked the officials seemed to talk like that. Makes a lot more sense if he was an attorney.

Alex Denk is Anna's former bodyguard & trainer. Denk had a on and off affair with Anna over 2 years of the 5 1/2 years he had known her. He is not sure if he is the father or not because he is not sure if they were together in the weeks around the time she got pregnant.

(it sounds to me that they messed around with each on occasion and I guess he is not sure exactly if Anna carried the baby full term, short term, extended term. Maybe he was with her one or 2 times around the time Anna may have got pregnant. Does anyone really know how long she carried the baby? She had a c-section right?)

The very last time Alex Denk saw Anna was when she was 5 1/2 month pregnant. She did not say who the father of the baby was and she did tell Denk he was the baby's father. She made comment at that time that she always wanted to have a baby with him.

I still think the baby's father is Birkhead. I saw some better video today of the baby from the ET Stern/Baby reunion and that baby does not have any true features that match up with Stern. The baby look very much like Anna but her nose looks very much like Birkhead's nose.

She is a very beautiful baby.

Gabor's husband say he will take a lie-detector test. BOR says he will set it up the lie-detector's test with Gabor's hubby and Gabor's hubby says he would like to do it.

Gabor's hubby dropped the Viagra lawsuit a while back.
