Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Fox is calling it a Paternity hearing (but I guess getting her DNA is part of that)
Probably has to give paternity as the reason to get the DNA, certainly will preferable to waiting another week for a judge in California.
She's the one whose brother dated Anna and then became obsessed and stalked her. They broke up in 2003.
He got 6-1/2 years in prison for it and will get out later this year. He was just on TV from prison on "Inside Edition."
If I recall that interview was done during one of the evening primetime shows. I just don't know which one or who did the interview.
As far Stern yeah... if Stern ever had intercourse with Anna it was because she was passed out cold.
No he wasn't! He didn't meet her until 1996, when she filed for bankruptcy in CA, where she had moved - probably when she was living in Marilyn Monroe's house for that one year.
She was shopping for a bankruptcy attorney and got someone else, but Stern was a colleague and met her that way. She had already been married to Howard Marshall and he had already died, the year before. They lived in Houston then.

Really!!!!! It gets stranger and stranger. Jackie told Geraldo HKS gave her "brother" and her Methadone and other drugs and she wasn't a drug user (so why did she take them then?).. she didn't mention her brother being in jail.

No, I don't know where so many people in these TV stories are getting the "15 years" or "almost 15 years" that HKS had known Anna Nicole.
Like I said yesterday, he would have had to have been looking at her pin-up photos in Playboy or something in 1992, or better yet, in 1991, traveling from Los Angeles to Houston to go to a topless dive called Gigi's where she was a stripper, which I really doubt he was doing.

We should all remember the "Wisdom of Solomon" when 2 women claimed to be the mother of an infant.
When Solomon said "I shall cut the baby in two and give each of you one half"
One woman said "Deal".
The other said "No - give her the baby - for to do otherwise will kill the child"
Solomon said "It is clear who is the mother".
There is something unnatural about HKS not wanting to let the grandmother see the child and to prove beyond a doubt that this little girl is truly his daughter.
Actually, Anna Nicole's behavior was very erratic and self-destructive way before she met HK$. She attempted a modeling career in Houston during the 80's (well before Playboy) and her agent could not keep her on because she was so unreliable.
She and her boyfriend used to throw wild parties during her stripper days and they were evicted.
If Anna Nicole had any kind of work ethic she would never have been in the position to accept HK$'s "free" services.

unnatural and unsavory. I found one site where someone was saying how sympathetic this blogger was to HKS after his appearance on ET. I was shocked that any woman would watch that performance and not see through it. Proves how some women really can be taken in by men like him.
Putting your comments into perspective with Vergie and why ANS left home you could draw a picture of someone who had some deep-seated emotional issues that needed to be addressed early in her life. Didn't we read her father left at two and she never got over the sense of being abandoned? I think children are affected at a very early age by a broken home and most do have life-time scars as a result. Almost as if the younger they are the worse it is for their lifetime.
