Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Also the guy that accompanied his sister to Florida is a publicist, not attorney as previously thought, and was ANS's publicist when HKS and another guy opened their practice in the same building, said he would hang around his offices trying to drum up clients, met and glommed onto ANS.... and the rest, as they say, is history.
that is correct. I'm glad a lot of this is on tape, perhaps Debra Opri can use it to disqualify him.
I just had a thought. Remember Donald Trump weighed in on this yesterday. Wonder if one of the attorney's in Florida Opri says they are working with was recommended or even retained for Opri by Trump (who is very connected in Florida)? Someone had to foot those bills and he would have the money to help out.
Someone said last night that they were amazed how absolutely smart she was -- when she was sober. In order to have the upperhand and control her HKS had to keep her stoned and the Godmother of her child told Geraldo Saturday he handed Methadone and a laundry list of other drugs out to anyone and everyone around them like candy.

I also think the baby has Marshall as it's last name. So she gave the baby her legal last name.

They talked about that last night on one of the shows. If so... one of the Marshall family members could fight for custody of the baby once the DNA results proved the baby was a Marshall.
No, I think the video may be on TMZ still, he was on LKL alone that night, it was right after Daniel died and I believe she was still in the hospital.
Thanks for correcting the record. So, do you think he could be helping get the attorney in Florida in order to get HKS away from the baby?

We've lived it for six days (to the chagrin of some fellow FReepers ~LOL~)
just do a FR search for Anna Nicole and look for the threads back from Sept and Oct of last year.
How does a psychopath think, really? Maybe once she married Marshall his wheels started turning and events helped him along the way.
