Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Maybe because there is a five month old baby whose whole life might depend on this? Do ya think? And if you don't care, then why are you here? This isn't about ANS anymore. But it is about a very vulnerable baby. Do YOU CARE? If not, bugger off.
Exactly. If it had no legal effect, then that little "commmitment ceremony" must have been predominantly done for the money which the photos/video brought in, don't you think?
BTW, if you saw the June 1992 issue of Playboy with her on the cover, she actually looked very sober and very classy. It appears she really went bizzaro after she met with Svangali. If so, she isn't the first woman to self-destruct because of an evil man.
Personally, I cannot identify with going through life in a drunken or drug-induced haze. If that is how you want to live, it is no life.

If it turns out methadone is involved in her death and some of the people who claim he pushed it on a lot of people come forward, maybe that will be enough to get judges to look at this really hard. We still don't know what or how much money he transferred to the Bahamas and last night they said next to Switzerland the Bahamas is the easiest to hide money from prying eyes.

We know nothing about this person, Howard K. Stern. The media seems to be unwilling or unable to write a biographical timeline since he began his legal practice in California early 90's.

Nothing earth shattering --- just more about the yacht being in the names and Vikki Marshall and HKS and then put into the name of a corporation --- she had named the boat "The Cracker." I pondered, did she think Thompson was a cracker, since he's from Myrtle Beach?
Why that doctor would have such a concerted interest in ANS immediate marriage to HK$ remains a mystery......../s.

That was Ron Rale, her "paternity attorney" - who turned out to be Stern's "paternity attorney" in reality.
I can't imagine going through life depending on some man telling me what, or what not, to do. I feel sorry for ANS if this is what her life had become. I seen a few older interviews of her. Not to bright comes to mind. A simple question absolutely stumped her. Scary. An easy target.
BTW, did you catch what that captain said about how the boat is/was registered? At first he said Vicki Marshall (ANS Legal name) and then Vicki Marshall and some corporation... the boat went into a corp where it would be harder for anyone to get their hands on it?????

Nope, it sure doesn't. And furthermore, she told two other people THEY were the father. If Stern didn't have DNA test, how is he so damn sure. Fact is, he isn't and just WANTS to be.
I hope she gets somebody on a backgrounder of HK$ other than Linda Deutsch of AP. Her report was terrible last night, and I learned nothing more from her than I learned from doing a google search two days before.
HK$ had to have gone to school with people, grown up with people. He's 38 years old? There was a lot of time for him to be doing things before he met ANS.
