Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
I was gonna watch The Oprah, but I'll watch Greta.
She hadn't married him and that's a key point --- she could have at any time, but elected not to.
In that E.T. interview he didn't deny that they were going to be married in two weeks, as he put it, "make it official".

That's my point. Killing her was plan B, killing Daniel was part of plan A.
I think so too. Too many things were coming to a crucial point soon.
Not that I know of. What I do know is that she told everyone she knew that her whole world revolved around both her kids. The kids are what kept her going. After Daniel died, she tried to get her strength back from the loss of Daniel from the baby.
Did I read somewhere that drugs of some kind (methadone?) coud cause those fevers and stomach flu symptoms?
Daniel had similiar symptoms before he died

My guess is that it will be reversed due to the non purchase of the house and the baby will not be a citizen, just because she was born there does not make it automatic per Bahama laws.
The question remains if Birkhead will get his @ss to the Bahamas and files paternity of the baby. Why has he not done this yet...? - What I read of the Bahama laws is that it not so cut and dry for Stern just because his name is on the baby's cert. But I guess it is better for Birkhead to do it on US soil if he can.
And, ANS couldn't testify in Daniel's coroner's inquest in March if she had anything to say about HKS's involvement, don't forget that little detail.
The only way he could've known Anna Nicole for 15 years was one-handedly looking at her Playboy pix while he was a law school student.

HKS didn't deny that there would be a 2/23 wedding, because HE was the one who told about it *after* ANS died! Stern is the "source."
I don't know about fevers, but an overdose of methadone does cause stomach problems ranging from vomiting to diarrhea, as well as hallucinations and dizziness.
